Personalized Education Program (PEP)

The Personalized Education Program (PEP) offers Florida students who are not enrolled full-time in a public or private school access to an Education Savings Account (ESA). This program empowers families to tailor their child’s learning experience to better meet individual needs. Award amounts will vary by county. 

How can the scholarship be used?

• Approved educational expenses (e.g. instructional materials, curriculum, and services provided by a Choice Navigator)

How can a family apply for the PEP?

Families should visit the Step Up for Students website to complete the NWSA application. If funds are not currently available, it’s still encouraged to submit an application, as you may be added to a waitlist if one is being accepted.
